Why Should You Become a Sponsor?

​The STEM Academy at Deltona Middle School (DMS), a Title 1 public school, would like to invite you to become a sponsor of our DMS STEM Academy. The DMS STEM Academy is a hands-on fully engaging program that offers students a rigorous curriculum driven by problem-solving, student choice, and discovery in a student-centered environment where learning comes alive. 
The DMS STEM Academy enriches over two hundred talented young men and women that are currently preparing to enter our future workforce. The teachers and staff are dedicated to guiding our students as they learn through hands-on engineering projects and empower our young adults to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Your business can make a tremendous difference in the lives of our young DMS STEM Academy students, as well as the community. Your sponsorship will benefit our many student endeavors by providing funding for our Makerspace materials and supplies, acting as a sponsor of our four (4) First Lego League Robotics Teams, becoming a sponsor of our end of year STEM Awards Banquet, and ensuring that our first-ever Amazing Shake Competition is a huge success.
